We finally found a great pediatric dentist - see all the cool decorations in the background. There was a tv above their heads, and Rose had a blast getting to squirt the water into her mouth. She does have 3 cavities though (my fault for not being more regular with the brushing early on, at least James shouldn't have the same problem), and we will be back in two weeks. James got a quick check, he has 12 teeth! All in all, a good time.

So glad you found a dentist you like! Don't beat yourself up over the cavities. It's definitely a genetic thing. Some people just get them easier than others no matter how great their daily dental hygiene is - going to the dentist for appointments wouldn't have prevented her cavities.
