I have been wanting to do a rainbow cake since Rose started watching cake decorating YouTube videos...don't even ask how that started, I'm not even sure. Anyway, a couple of weeks ago, one of the blogs I follow did a rainbow cake without food coloring. Oddly enough, I actually had all the ingredients on hand EXCEPT the cake mix!!! I am not sure I followed it exactly, but it came out good anyway. I will definitely be adding fruit in place of the water more often, it was super tasty.
